Director, Identity Security & Governance

The Director, Identity Security & Governance provides global leadership for enterprise identity security strategy, identity governance, and administration across IT, medical device product development, and operational technology environments. This role is accountable for assessing identity and access risks, establishing controls, and developing a multi-year roadmap to protect human, non-human, and AI-enabled identities. The position partners closely with various teams to align identity controls with Zero Trust principles and regulatory obligations.
