About this role

The Director, Infrastructure and Programs leads the design, planning, implementation, and closeout of the Modernizing the Grid activity in Côte d’Ivoire, managing all engineering and technical aspects to improve reliable electricity delivery. Reporting to the Deputy CEO – Projects, the role collaborates with other directors and stakeholders to ensure program alignment with Compact objectives and national development priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and implementation of the Modernizing the Grid activity
Advise teams on cross‑cutting infrastructure program approaches
Build collaborative networks with government agencies and partners
Optimize infrastructure program delivery schedules and milestones
Oversee contract performance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation
