Director, Inventory & Cost Accounting

The Director, Inventory & Cost Accounting leads the buildout of inventory and cost accounting functions, including processes, controls, and NetSuite-enabled workflows for a clinical-stage biotech company. This role serves as the subject matter expert for inventory valuation, standard costing, and U.S. GAAP compliance while partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to support commercialization. The position involves establishing SOX-compliant controls, managing physical inventory counts, and developing future team members within a scalable operating model.
