Director, Regional Access

The Director, Regional Access will build, launch, and lead a high-performing regional access organization to support timely patient access to a newly FDA-approved therapy for a rare endocrine disease. This role involves developing launch readiness plans, hiring and coaching the regional access team, and establishing operating standards while collaborating with cross-functional partners. The position requires deep expertise in pharmacy benefit access, payer policy, and specialty pharmacy operations to navigate complex access barriers in a compliant, patient-centered manner.
