The Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) leads the discipline responsible for translating business priorities into coordinated, executable technology outcomes across Ciena. This role establishes and operates a lean, outcome-focused PMO to provide portfolio visibility, delivery governance, resource planning, and consistent execution across strategic initiatives.
