About this role

College Board is hiring a Director to build and lead an integrated Operations Knowledge Platform that centralizes and improves how operational knowledge is created, found, and used across the organization. The role focuses on unifying currently fragmented knowledge sources into a single source of truth supporting key operational groups and digital assessment experiences. The position sits within the Operations division on the Knowledge, Learning, & Operational Effectiveness team and partners closely with Technology and Content stakeholders.
