Director, Labor Planning and Analysis

The Director of Labor Planning & Analysis is a senior FP&A leader responsible for enterprise-wide labor budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and position control across domestic and international operations. The role partners with Operations, HR, Commercial, and executive leadership to ensure labor investments align with strategic objectives, productivity targets, and financial commitments. It also supports operational scale by evaluating staffing needs for new client integrations and aligning staffing models with pricing and margin expectations.
