Director, Learning and Development

The Director, Learning and Development leads the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Colonial Williamsburg's enterprise-wide learning ecosystem, overseeing pre‑boarding, orientation, curriculum design, leadership development, and the transition to local onboarding. This role partners with senior HR leaders, operational managers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent, inclusive learning experiences that align with the organization’s mission, culture, and service standards.
