Director, Learning and Development

The Director of Learning and Development provides enterprise leadership for TruMerit’s learning and development ecosystem, workforce capability strategy, and organizational culture. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sets the enterprise-wide learning vision, architecture, and governance while serving as a strategic advisor to leaders. The position builds an integrated learning ecosystem that supports onboarding, leadership development, career growth, and sustained business impact.
