Manager, Learning and Development

The Manager, Learning and Development is responsible for the hands-on execution of TruMerit’s learning and development strategy and approved roadmap. This role translates established priorities, learning architecture, and standards into effective programs, content, and learner experiences. The Manager leads train-the-trainer initiatives, partners with subject matter experts to develop learning content, and facilitates engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences. The role also tracks results and improves execution within the Director’s established framework.
