Director, Manufacturing Engineering

The Director, Manufacturing Engineering serves as the senior technical leader for the Costa Rica manufacturing site, building and leading a multidisciplinary engineering organization to support plant start-up and ongoing operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production readiness, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance while managing departmental budgets and driving continuous improvement. The position also functions as the global lead for Manufacturing Engineering resources, supporting start-up activities in the US and future expansion locations.
