About this role
The Director, Manufacturing Platform Technology will lead the establishment and scaling of manufacturing technology and equipment platforms across biologics and emerging modalities. This cross-functional leadership role is accountable for platform strategy, standards, and enterprise-wide adoption to improve speed, reliability, and cost to serve. The role partners with development, operations, quality, regulatory, and external manufacturers to deliver inspection-ready, scalable manufacturing solutions.
