Director, Marketing – Launch Lead

The Director, Marketing – Launch Lead drives the commercialization and marketing strategy for the launch of an investigational CNS treatment, overseeing all cross-functional launch activities and team leadership. This role is responsible for developing pre-launch and launch plans, managing brand performance and P&L, and ensuring strategic alignment across marketing, sales, and market access teams. The position requires leading a team of marketers and managing financial stewardship to ensure a successful product launch.
