The Director, National Accounts (Market Access) at Upsher-Smith Laboratories is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading national payer strategy for the company’s rare-disease portfolio across commercial plans, PBMs, Medicare/Medicaid, and large IDNs. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, this role serves as the enterprise lead for assigned priority accounts and represents the company to national payers and channel stakeholders to advance access and coverage objectives.
