About this role
The Director of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice at Children’s Wisconsin provides strategic leadership for the Nursing Research and EBP department, setting vision for interdisciplinary research, nursing outcome datasets, and Magnet re-designation efforts. The role advances clinically relevant research, supports translation of findings into practice, and builds infrastructure to support nursing and interdisciplinary research. This position reports to the Vice President for Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer.
