Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller

The Director of Accounting & Corporate Controller will lead and scale the company’s accounting function as it transitions from R&D to mass production, building scalable systems, controls, and reporting processes. This hands-on role owns day-to-day financial operations, ensures audit-ready financials and compliance, and partners with leadership to provide strategic financial insight. The position requires implementing and integrating ERP and manufacturing systems to support high-volume production and inform executive decision-making.
