About this role
The Controller will lead the accounting function for a fast-growing animal health organization, managing a remote accounting team and financial operations across ~50 clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The Controller will partner with operations and other stakeholders to implement scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth and lender/audit requirements.
