About this role
The Director of Accounting Operations leads the company’s core accounting functions (AR, AP, and Treasury) and supports month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities. This hands-on leadership role ensures strong internal controls, timely reconciliations, and scalable, efficient processes while partnering with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The director will also drive process improvements, automation, and support external audits. The position reports to the VP, Controller and focuses on operational excellence and working capital management.
