The Director of Beverage provides strategic and operational leadership for all beverage service and bar programs across the Catawba Two Kings Casino property, excluding specific seated restaurant bars. This role oversees the casino floor beverage delivery, all casino and walk-up bars, the Entertainment Bar, the Hotel Lobby/Sky Bar, the VIP Players' Lounge, and Grab & Go coffee operations.
