The position sits within a leading capital markets and loan sale advisory platform backed by Marcus & Millichap’s national real estate and finance network. The director/VP will be instrumental in expanding and deepening relationships across banks, non‑bank lenders, and other capital markets participants to drive due diligence and loan sale engagements. The role combines revenue generation with strategic market coverage in single‑family mortgage and related asset classes.
