About this role
The Director, Capital Markets will lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of capital solutions for a modern infrastructure-focused real estate investment platform. The role partners closely with Acquisitions and Development to evaluate and underwrite data center, logistics, and life science investments and to design capitalization strategies across the capital stack. The Director will drive capital raising from LPs, arrange and structure debt financing, and manage negotiations of JV and partnership agreements. The position is based in Washington, D.C. and supports the firm's continued growth amid rising demand for AI and warehouse automation.
