About this role
The Director of Development at City Year Little Rock leads the site’s fundraising and external relations strategy to secure philanthropic, corporate, foundation, and individual support. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role builds and manages donor relationships, oversees local marketing and media outreach, and ensures the site meets its private revenue targets. The position also contributes to senior leadership and manages a small development team and budget.
