The Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging is a senior leader within the People & Culture team, responsible for embedding equity and belonging into all organizational work. This role is strategic and hands-on, driving long-term DEIB vision and translating it into measurable change across the organization.

Minimum of five years of relevant work experience as a DEIB Director, DEIB Manager, Equity Program Director, or a similar roleDemonstrated experience designing and implementing DEIB strategies at an organizational levelDeep knowledge around systemic oppression, intersectionality, and the ways that race, class, gender, disability, immigration status, and other identities shape access to housing and other resourcesExperience leading and facilitating tough conversations around identity, power, and equityExperience using both qualitative and quantitative data to assess needs, measure impact, and inform strategy
