Director of Enterprise Risk Management

The Director of Operational Risk Management oversees the implementation of the Risk Management Program across all Driscoll-owned and managed locations at a system level. The role leads enterprise risk management, clinical risk management, and the insurance program, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk mitigation. It collaborates with multiple departments, reports to executives and the board, and drives risk-informed decision making and disaster planning.
