About this role
The Director of Hospital Medicine Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of hospital medicine services across the health system, overseeing multiple established programs and planning future expansions. The role partners with physician medical directors, APP leaders, hospital administration, nursing, quality, finance, and HR to ensure efficient, high-performing, and sustainable hospital medicine operations. This is an administrative role and does not include direct patient care.

Qualifications
