The Director of New Construction Lending will lead strategy and execution for LendingOne’s New Construction product, driving channel growth and supporting expansion into the new construction lending market. The role partners with Credit, Operations, Institutional Group, and Marketing to grow the channel to $200M in volume by 2026. This is a full-time position based in the Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
