Director of People & Culture

Senior leadership role overseeing the People & Culture function at World Vision UK, a global Christian children’s charity operating in nearly 100 countries. This permanent, full-time Director position is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working and reports to the COO (advising the CEO, SLT and Board). The role is focused on shaping organisational people strategy, culture and safeguarding to support the charity’s mission to serve vulnerable children.
