Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management at Spara is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for AI-native solutions aimed at non-technical go-to-market teams. This role involves conducting customer discovery, translating pain points into product requirements, and defining success criteria while maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with company priorities. The director will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure rapid development cycles and high-quality releases, as well as stay informed on emerging AI technologies to enhance customer workflows. The position requires at least 7 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS, and a strong ability to thrive in agile, early-stage environments.
