Director of Quality and Compliance

The Director, Quality Improvement and Compliance leads the development and oversight of the Quality Improvement Plan for the PACE organization and ensures compliance with CMS and Medicare regulations. The role partners with the Medical Director, oversees data collection and reporting, and represents quality outcomes to leadership, committees, and the Board. It also provides leadership to the program’s quality and compliance team and supports organizational initiatives across the PACE program.
