The Director of Quality and Safety at Newport Hospital leads the hospital’s quality, patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement programs and aligns local initiatives with Brown University Health strategy. Reporting to Brown University Health's VP and Chief of Quality & Safety (with dotted-line to hospital CMO/CNO), the role drives care transformation, monitors performance metrics, and supports compliance and accreditation efforts. The Director fosters educational and improvement initiatives to advance a culture of safety and operational excellence.
