Director of Stock Administration

CoreWeave is seeking a Director-level leader to run its global Equity Operations function, ensuring equity programs scale with precision, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience for a rapidly growing public company. The role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, People, and executive leadership and is responsible for developing the systems and infrastructure needed to support global growth, public-company requirements, and M&A activity. This is a highly visible position that will lead and develop a team of Stock Administrators and serve as the company’s subject-matter expert on equity matters.
