The Director of Technical Operations leads the Technical Operations and Organic Chemistry Group at the Mishawaka site, responsible for ensuring manufacturing support and delivery for Urinalysis, Novus, DCA and VTLi products. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and long-range planning to meet site and divisional objectives. The director partners across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Materials Management and R&D to enable process performance and continuous improvement.
