The Director of Training & Enablement at Brightfield leads the design and delivery of global learning programs that increase customer and teammate proficiency on the TDX platform. This role defines training infrastructure and strategies to scale learning across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous formats and partners closely with product and customer-facing teams to align enablement with business and product goals. The position is part of a fully remote, data-driven SaaS organization focused on workforce analytics.
