The Director of Training leads Dyne’s training vision, strategy, and execution for field-facing teams, ensuring employees have the capabilities to achieve commercial excellence. This role provides strategic oversight of curriculum, learning systems, vendors, and cross-functional alignment to support onboarding, ongoing development, and product launches. The Director partners with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Marketing, HR, and Field Leadership to translate business priorities into high-impact learning solutions and strengthen field readiness and leadership capabilities.
