About this role
College Board is hiring a Director of Operations Instructional Design to modernize and elevate digital learning experiences for its Operations Division. The role will lead the creation of a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence to improve the quality, consistency, and impact of internal learning programs that support customer-facing operations. This is a full-time, fully remote position within the Operations organization.
