Director, Operations

The Director of Operations leads a major manufacturing site within the Pet business, shaping its vision, developing people, and driving performance across safety, quality, reliability, cost, sustainability, and continuous improvement. This role involves providing overall leadership for the plant, building capabilities to deliver current priorities and long-term strategy, and serving as a key connection between the Topeka operation, the broader Pet business, cross-functional partners, and the local community. The position requires 100% onsite work in Topeka, KS, with a willingness to work extended hours as needed.
