The Director, Partner Enablement at Contentful will build and lead a global partner enablement function focused on systems integrator (SI) and ISV partners to scale partner impact and improve delivery quality. The role sits in the Customer Experience organization (Customer Insights & Adoption) and operates cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Partner Management, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services. This leader will manage a small global team and create a unified enablement strategy and operating model to drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and adoption outcomes.
