Director, Partner Risk & Control Strategy

Green Dot is seeking a Director, Partner Risk & Control Strategy to serve as the company's senior-most individual contributor expert in Embedded Finance partner risk oversight. This role shapes enterprise strategy for growing the EF partner ecosystem safely, advises the Executive Leadership Team on risk and growth trade-offs, and represents Green Dot to regulators and industry peers. The position requires defining multi-year oversight strategies, establishing controls standards, and leading cross-functional initiatives to manage partner risk across the enterprise.
