Director, Patient Advocacy

The Director, Patient Advocacy will lead Alfasigma’s strategy and engagement with patient advocacy organizations, communities, and caregivers for rare liver diseases such as Primary Biliary Cholangitis. Reporting to the Head of US Medical Affairs, the role will ensure patient perspectives shape clinical, medical, marketing, and commercial decisions while building trusted relationships with external stakeholders.
