Director, Patient Experience

The Director, Patient Experience leads strategic and operational activities for patient experience programs across UConn Health and Waterbury Hospital. This role focuses on measuring, evaluating, and improving the patient and family experience while overseeing patient relations, service recovery, and volunteer services.
