About this role
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will serve as the senior compliance executive for PayPal’s newly formed industrial bank (ILC), accountable for the bank’s overall compliance posture and regulatory engagement. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and has direct access to the Board’s Risk & Compliance Committee. The CCO will lead the establishment of the bank’s compliance function ahead of launch and oversee ongoing regulatory adherence.
