Chief Compliance Officer, Risk and Insurance

The Chief Compliance Officer, Risk and Insurance at HUB International is a senior executive responsible for ensuring the company’s insurance brokerage and wholesale operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and the Audit Committee and leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of centralized compliance programs and broker standards. The CCO will build and manage a team of compliance, licensing, and risk professionals and serve as a key liaison with regulators and industry groups.
