The Director, People Analytics and HR Automation will lead and operationalize the HR Technology, Automation, and Analytics Center of Excellence, partnering with Technology and HR to modernize people analytics across the employee lifecycle. The role drives digital transformation by embedding data-driven insights, AI, and automation to improve workforce intelligence and employee experience. This senior leader will align people metrics with business goals and enable HR leaders through strategy and capability building.
