Director, People Analytics & Insights

This strategic Director role unifies people analytics, workforce insights, and technology to drive a shift from reactive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision-making. The leader will establish enterprise-wide capabilities for data governance, AI enablement, and people technology while acting as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders. As a build-focused position, the incumbent will design strategy, create analytical frameworks, and lead a high-performing team to deliver value-driven insights across the People & Culture organization.
