About this role
The People & Culture (P&C) Director is a strategic HR leader who partners with corporate and production teams to drive people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role leads a P&C team, provides coaching to business leaders, and implements programs in talent management, compensation, benefits, learning and engagement. The position is a 14–16 month contract covering maternity leave and reports to the Senior Director of P&C.
