Ceribell is seeking a strategic People Operations leader to strengthen systems and processes that power employee experience, internal mobility, and operational integrity. This role leads the People Operations Core function, driving infrastructure, compliance, lifecycle execution, and data reliability across the organization while managing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management operations. The position involves shaping employee lifecycle programs, overseeing HR systems strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient people processes.
