7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing and performance marketing strategy, with at least 2 years leading multi-channel programs at scale ($100M+ annual spend).3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists.Proven success building and scaling integrated performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other growth platforms.Deep expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks.Strong grasp of media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across platforms.
