The Director of Pharmacoepidemiology at Sanofi will lead pharmacoepidemiological strategy and provide scientific support for marketed and investigational products within the Specialty Care Business Unit, with focus areas including rare diseases, inflammation & immunology, and oncology. The role partners closely with Global Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Biostatistics and Medical Affairs and contributes to study design, observational PASS, and real-world safety evidence generation for regulatory submissions. The position is based in Gentilly, France and involves frequent international collaboration with English as the working language.
