Director, Practice Competence

The Director of Practice Competence provides strategic leadership for the Academy's practice competence portfolio, ensuring practitioners have access to current, evidence-informed standards and resources. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Scope and Standards of Practice Program while serving as a subject matter expert on professional standards and quality management. The position involves collaborating with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders to advance professional excellence and support high-quality care.
