Director, Procurement Excellence

The Director, Procurement Excellence will design, launch, and lead an AI-native Change Management Center of Excellence to accelerate the adoption of key strategic Global Procurement initiatives. This role partners with senior leadership to translate the procurement vision into clear messaging, coordinated execution, and measurable outcomes while establishing governance and portfolio oversight practices. The position also involves facilitating leadership alignment forums, driving special projects, and utilizing AI tools to enhance change management and strategic communications.
